KIT CONTROLLO TENUTA VALVOLA A SFERA INIETTORI COMMON RAIL
COMMON RAIL INJECTOR BALL VALVE TIGHTNESS CONTROL KIT
ISTRUZIONI
Per controllare la tenuta della sfera otturatrice abbiamo realizzato lo speciale kit
4 010 929.
Il test consiste nell’ appoggiare la sfera otturatrice nel suo alloggiamento conico,
così come illustrato in figura.
Il corpo della valvola a sfera deve essere montato nel supporto cilindrico 4 020
418 costringendolo forzatamente all’interno dell’apposito foro calibrato completo
di guarnizioni in fibra common rail Bosch.
Collegare la pompa 4 021 408 al supporto cilindro e generare una depressione.
La lancetta del manometro deve scendere al di sotto dello zero. Verificare che
ciò avvenga e che la lancetta rimanga ferma nella posizione negativa raggiunta.
Qualora questo non dovesse accadere, dove possibile, sarà necessario revisio

nare la sede conica della sfera.
INSTRUCTION
To check the tightness of the blocking sphere, we realized the special 4 010 929
kit.
To test consists in placing the blocking sphere in its conic seat as shown in the
picture.
The valve body bust be fitted on the cylindrical holder 4 020 418 “forcing” it inside
the apposite calibrated hole complete of Bosch common rail fibre gasket.
Connect the 4 021 408 pump to the cylindrical holder and apply a depression.
The hand of the gauge must drop below zero.
Check that this occurs, and that the hand remains in the negative position it
reached.
If this doesn’t happen, if possible, it will be necessary to revise the conic seat of
the sphere.

Il 4 010 929 è composto da una pompetta per il vuoto, da un supporto con foro calibrato
per valvole Ø 7,5 e Ø 8.
E’ stato studiato e realizzato per controllare la tenuta delle valvole a sfera degli iniettori
Common Rail Bosch.
